JACK BARNES, CCRS is one of America's foremost speakers and writers on the repossession and liquidation of collateral. He has addressed this subject to groups such as California Credit Union Collectors Association, Credit Grantors Association of Westchester, New York, National Vehicle Leasing Association, Maryland Banking Association, Texas Executives in Credit, Mississippi Credit Union League, Oklahoma Credit Union League, plus groups such as Law Enforcement Associations and State Associations of Licensed Repossessors. He has also produced, directed and participated in REPOSSESSION . . . A SEMINAR in numerous cities including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Washington, Philadelphia, Salt Lake City, Cincinnati and more than 70 others.

He is a nationally published author and his book "THE REPOSSESSION PROCESS" is in its eleventh printing.

A past president of National Finance Adjusters, Inc., he now serves as their Executive Director and Legal Liaison. He has represented the Association with the U.S. Justice Department and has been to the Pentagon to discuss repossessions on Military Installations with the Chief Counsel for the Department of Defense. He has been accepted as an expert witness in repossession litigation and has worked with state legislative bodies drafting repossession laws.
